At Art by Kino, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wearable art. If your purchase doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned piece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
